Vacation

After a child has been enrolled for nine (9) consecutive month, he will be entitled to seven (7) vacation days. These days can be taken individually or all at one time. In every case, however, the Center must be notified in advance that the day is being used as "vacation." Arrangements for a week's vacation should be made with the Program Director, with a minimum notice of 8 working days. If you wish to use your vacation days to keep your child at home due to illness, you may do so by informing the Center no later than 9:00 am on that day.

Parent Participation

A very special opportunity offered at the Center is our Parent Advisory Council. This group is directly responsible for policy development, fundraising, and special programming. PAC meets once a month, and each class has a parent representative to organize activities and opportunities. This participation also counts as parent volunteer hours.

Final Word

The Center admits all children regardless of race, color, nationality or religious background. We welcome mothers and fathers on field trips and during classroom time. Parents are also welcome to join their children during lunch.
